Stay safe
The site never messages you first, never asks for keys, seed phrases, passwords or money, and has two accounts, both on X. Anyone else is someone else.
Crypto draws impostors, and fake support accounts are a common way in. Here is what the site never does.
What the site never does
- It never messages you first, on X or anywhere else.
- It never asks for your keys, your seed phrase, a password or money.
- It never asks you to connect a wallet, install anything or sign in: there’s nothing to sign in to.
Anyone who does any of these in its name isn’t the site.
Its only accounts
There are two, both on X: @coinsmash_, who built the site and reads its reports, and @cryptoX_markets, its news. The footer’s links go to them. A name that looks alike, with a letter changed or added, belongs to someone else: report it to X.
Prices, not advice
The site doesn’t trade or hold money: its figures are the exchanges’ public prices, compared. A gap on Signals says where two exchanges disagree, not what to do about it, and nothing on the site is financial advice. Before you act on a figure, check it on the exchanges themselves.

- Contact and feedback
Every way to reach the site runs through X: a report of a wrong number, feedback and feature requests, and the site’s own news.
- Report a wrong number or a problem
Report a wrong number, in every page’s footer, starts a post to @coinsmash_ on X with the page’s address in it. Send it from the page that’s wrong, and say what you saw.
Still stuck?
Report a problem or send Feedback & feature requests: each starts a post to @coinsmash_ on X, which you can change before you send it, or not send at all.
