Contact and feedback

Every way to reach the site runs through X: a report of a wrong number, feedback and feature requests, and the site’s own news.

The footer’s Feedback & feature requests, clicked: a post to @coinsmash_ opens on X, ready for your idea, to change, send or close. A drawing, not a real post.

There’s no email address and no form: the site is reached on X.

The footer’s two posts

  • Report a wrong number, under Help, for a figure that looks wrong. Report a wrong number or a problem says what to put in it.
  • Feedback & feature requests, under About, for an idea, a coin or an exchange you’d like added, or anything else.

Each opens a post on X to @coinsmash_, who built the site, with the address of the page you sent it from. You can change it before you post it, or close it and send nothing. Posting needs an account on X.

News

Follow @cryptoX_markets, in the footer, leads to the site’s own account, for what’s new. Every release is in the Changelog too, and What's new in the header opens the latest.

Replies

Replies come on X. The site never messages anyone first: Stay safe says what else it never does.

  • Report a wrong number or a problem

Report a wrong number, in every page’s footer, starts a post to @coinsmash_ on X with the page’s address in it. Send it from the page that’s wrong, and say what you saw.

  • Stay safe

The site never messages you first, never asks for keys, seed phrases, passwords or money, and has two accounts, both on X. Anyone else is someone else.

  • A coin or an exchange isn’t here

A coin gets its page once two of the exchanges the pages are built from list it. Most exchanges are off until you switch them on, and some can’t be read from a browser at all.

Still stuck?

Report a problem or send Feedback & feature requests: each starts a post to @coinsmash_ on X, which you can change before you send it, or not send at all.
