Report a wrong number or a problem

Report a wrong number, in every page’s footer, starts a post to @coinsmash_ on X with the page’s address in it. Send it from the page that’s wrong, and say what you saw.

The footer’s Report a wrong number, clicked: a post to @coinsmash_ opens on X with the page’s address in it, ready to change, send or close. A drawing, not a real post.

Send it from the page that’s wrong

Report a wrong number is in the footer of every page, under Help. It opens a post on X to @coinsmash_, who built the site, starting “A number on this page looks wrong:” and ending with the address of the page you’re on, its coin, sort and choices with it, so the page can be opened as you saw it. Nothing is sent until you post it: you can change it first, or close it.

So open the page that’s wrong before you press it. A report sent from here would carry this page’s address instead.

What to put in it

  • Which figure, on which exchange.
  • What you expected, and where you saw that, such as the exchange’s own page.
  • When you saw it, as prices move by the second.
  • For an exchange that won’t connect, what Connection diagnostics shows with ?debug added to the coin page’s address, and whether you use a VPN or an ad blocker.

A screenshot helps.

A part of a page that failed

If a part of a page says “This part of the page hit an error.”, the rest of the page is still live: press Try again to draw it again. If it keeps failing, report it from that page.

What happens next

A fix goes into the Changelog with the day it reached the site, and What's new in the header opens the latest.

Still stuck?

Report a problem or send Feedback & feature requests: each starts a post to @coinsmash_ on X, which you can change before you send it, or not send at all.

The site never messages you first, and never asks for keys, seed phrases, passwords or money.
